脉搏波传导速度与反射波增强指数相关性分析 被引量:4

Correlation Analysis of Pulse Wave Velocity and Augmentation Index

摘要 探究脉搏波传导速度(Pulse Wave Velocity,PWV),桡动脉反射波增强指数(Radial Augmentation Index,AIr)及桡动脉舒张期增强指数(Diastolic Augmentation Index,AId)之间的相关性及其影响因素,分析对AIr和AId有相同影响的因素。本文采集133名健康人的数据,使用澳大利亚At Cor公司的Sphygmo Cor Px脉搏波形分析系统采集颈、股动脉的压力波形;使用中国泰盟科技有限公司的BL-420S生物机能实验系统,采集桡动脉压力波形;然后对波形进行去噪、特征提取,并计算PWV、AIr和AId。通过统计分析,发现cf-PWV与AIr之间显著相关(R=0.5,P<0.001),cf-PWV与AId之间的相关性不显著(R=-0.15,P=0.0908);心率是AIr和AId的共同影响因素。 To investigate the correlation among pulse wave velocity (PWV), radial augmentation index (AIr) and diastolic augmentation index (AId) and their influencing factors, we selected 133 health subjects to measure the pressure waveforms of the carotid and femoral artery by using the SphygmoCor Px pulse waveform analysis system (AtCor, Australia). The radial artery waveforms were collected by BL-420S Data Acquisition & Analysis System (China Pacific Technology Co., Ltd.). Then the waveform was denoised and some feature parameters such as PWV, AIr and AId were calculated. There was signifcant correlation between cf-PWV and AIr (R=0.5195, P〈0.001), and cf-PWV was not signifcantly correlated with AId (R=-0.1472, P=0.0908). Heart rate is the common in?uence factor of AIr and AId.
