人体肱动脉物理模型的设计与实现

摘要 心血管疾病严重威胁着人类生命健康,因此对心血管系统的研究具有重要意义。且心血管系统的临床实验成本高、风险大,并且受到伦理道德的限制。因此,本研究建立了人体肱动脉的体外模拟实验平台,帮助提高科研效率。基于此模型进行了上臂皮脂厚度对血压无创测量的影响以及袖带压对肱动脉脉搏波无创采集的影响的实验并对实验结果进行了分析。实验均证明了该模型的有效性。该模型可以很好地模拟人体肱动脉的脉搏波,并为相关研究人员提供研究的平台。 Cardiovascular disease is a serious threat to human life, thus the study on the cardiovascular system disease is of great social signifcance. Besides, the study of cardiovascular system has high risks and costs, also restrained by ethics. In this paper a physic model of brachial artery was designed. Based on this model, two experiments were performed to analyze the in?uence between sebum thickness of arm and noninvasive blood pressure, and to evaluate how the cuff pressure in?uence the noninvasive collection of brachial pulse wave. Finally, the validity of the model was demonstrated by experiments. The proposed model can simulate the blood ?ow in brachial artery and provide a research platform for researchers.
