摘要
本文介绍了护理质量管理信息系统的系统架构、技术实现、业务模型以及主要的业务功能及其应用情况,分析和总结了系统在提升护理质量、完善监控体系、提高工作效率、促进管理规范、改善服务质量五方面的应用效果,并对系统应用的不足之处展开了讨论。
The system architecture, technology realization, business model, as well as main business functions and application of nursing quality management information system were introduced in this paper. The application effects of the system in improving nursing quality, improving monitoring system, improving work effciency, promoting management standard and improving service quality were analyzed and summarized, and the shortcomings of using system were also discussed.
