摘要
特高含水原油在管内流动时,可能发生原油粘壁现象,造成管道有效流通面积减小,能耗上升。通过搭建特高含水原油室内实验装置,用大庆原油和纯净水制备油水乳状液作为实验介质,研究了温度对特高含水原油初始沉积过程的影响。研究发现随着温度的改变,原油运动形貌发生明显变化,进而导致原油初始沉积过程之间存在着较大的差异。根据实验现象,可以以原油凝点为界限,将特高含水原油初始沉积过程分为凝点和凝点以上的均匀沉积过程和凝点以下的不均匀沉积过程。
Extra high water cut crude oil in the pipeline may cause the appearance of viscous wall phenomenon of crude oil and reduce effective flow area and increase energy consumption. Through setting up laboratory experiment device of extra high water cut crude oil and pure using oil-water emulsion prepared from Daqing crude oil and pure water as experimental material,the effect of temperature on the initial deposition process of extra high water cut crude oil was investigated. It is found that with the change of temperature,the movement of crude oil changes obviously,and then there is a big difference between the initial deposition process of crude oil. According to the experimental phenomena,extra high water cut crude oil initial deposition process is uniform deposition process when the temperature is above freezing point,and non-uniform deposition phenomena when the temperature is under freezing point.
