摘要
文中以常用标准规范为基础,结合工程经验,分别从管道切割与坡口加工、焊缝间距设计、焊接前预热、焊后热处理及焊缝质量检测方面出发,对碳钢、低温钢、铬钼钢及不锈钢等常用压力管道材料的焊接进行了研究,并对常用标准规范进行了对比分析。
Based on common standard specifications and engineering experience,problems related to welding for pipe materials such as carbon steel,low temperature steel,chrome molybdenum steel and stainless steel,were discussed in detail,from the aspects of pipe cutting and welding end preparation,weld spacing design,weld preheating,postweld heat treatment and weld quality inspection. Standard specifications were analyzed and compared with each other.
