间充质干细胞干性维持及多向分化相关LncRNA的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)具有自我更新能力和多向分化潜能,细胞增殖与分化的平衡决定其最终归宿。近年来的研究表明:长链非编码RNA(Long noncoding RNAs,LncRNA)与MSCs增殖分化及骨肉瘤形成均存在密切关系。综述了LncRNA在MSCs干性维持、多向分化及成瘤中的功能及相关机制,列举了LncRNA参与调控的多种作用方式。明确MSCs增殖与分化的调控机制,对于骨肉瘤治疗和骨组织工程发展等都具有重要意义。 Mesenchymal stem cells( MSCs) have the ability of self-renewal and multi-directional differentiation potential, which is determined by the balance between cell proliferation and differentiation. Recent studies have shown that long non-coding RNAs( LncRNA) played important roles in the differentiation of MSCs and the development of osteosarcoma( OS). We summarized thefunctions and related mechanisms of LncRNA associated with the multidirectional differentiation of MSCs and their roles in OS. Understanding the regulation mechanism of MSCs proliferation and differentiation is important for the application of bone tissue engineering and the treatment of OS.
