摘要
目的探讨行动学习法在妇产科护生带教中的应用效果。方法选取2017年5~8月在我院妇产科实习的100名实习生作为本次研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50),对照组的护生采用常规的带教方法,观察组的护生采用行动学习法进行带教。实习结束后,即通过理论考试和实践操作考核评价对两组护生的综合技能评分进行客观评定,以及分别对护生满意度以及护理缺陷和投诉发生情况进行比较。结果实习1个月后,观察组护生的操作技能、理论知识、沟通技巧等评分、显著优于对照组(P<0.05);患者和带教老师对护生的满意达标率显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护生受到的护理缺陷和投诉发生率明显更低(P<0.05)。结论在带教活动中应用动学习法在提高护士的交流技巧以及业务能力上具有更高的效果,强化自身的责任意识,由被动变为主动学习,最终提高教学的效果,可以被推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of action learning method in the teaching of nursing students in obstetrics and gynaecology department. Methods From May to August 2017, 100 interns in obstetrics and gynaecology department of our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study. According to the random number table method, the nursing students were divided into two groups The observation group(n=50) and the control group(n=50). The nursing students in the control group adopted the routine teaching method, and the nursing students in the observation group adopted the action learning method. After the end of the internship,, the comprehensive skill scores of the two groups of nursing students were objectively evaluated through theoretical examination and practical operation assessment, as well as the satisfaction degree of nursing students, the nursing defects and the occurrence of complaints were compared respectively. Results After a month of internship, the operating skills, theoretical knowledge, communication skills scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of control group (P 〈0.05); The rates of satisfaction of the patients and teachers on the nursing students of the observation group were significantly better than those of control group (P 〈0.05); The nursing defects and complaints the incidence rate of observation group were significantly lower, while P 〈0.05, data from the statistical results and has the reference value. Conclusion The application has higher effect on improving nurses' communication skills and business ability learning method in teaching activities, strengthen their sense of responsibility, from passive to active learning, finally the effect of teaching can be improved, and it can be popularized and applied.
