Objective To discuss the effect of oxygen driven atomization of salbutamol sulfate on children with respiratory tract obstruction. Methods A total of 80 pediatric patients with respiratory tract obstruction admitted in our hospital from September 2015 to June 2017 were divided into study group(n=40) and control group(n=40) according to random number table method. The patients in control group were given conventional medical treatment, the patients in study group were given oxygen driven atomization of salbutamol sulfate treatment. The children's healing time, treatment effect and adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results The improvement of clinical symptoms time and the healing time in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P 〈0.05). In the treatment effect comparison, the total effective rate of the study group was 92.5%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group(72.5%), the difference was statistically significant(P 〈0.05). After treatment, no obvious adverse reactions were found in two groups, and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P 〉0.05). Conclusion The effect of oxygen driven atomization of salbutamol sulfate in children's respiratory tract obstruction is better, and the adverse reaction is less. It can be used and popularized in clinical practice.
