摘要
目的分析妊娠期高血压患者随机尿微量蛋白/肌酐比值(ACR)与母婴妊娠结局的相关性。方法以广州市花都区妇幼保健院2015年8月~2017年7月收治的86例妊娠期高血压患者作为观察对象,均进行随机尿微量蛋白、肌酐的检测,后计算ACR。根据ACR水平对患者进行分组,其中≤30mg/mmol的45例为甲组,而>30mg/mmol的41例则为乙组。对比两组一般情况及不良妊娠结局。结果两组年龄及产次差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);乙组血压明显高于甲组(P<0.05);乙组终止妊娠时间较甲组早(P<0.05);乙组不良妊娠结局发生率明显高于甲组(P<0.05)。结论随机ACR与妊娠期高血压患者不良妊娠结局具有一定的关系,对其进行检测有助于临床快速、方便的评估和判断患者的病情情况。
Objective To analyze the relationship between random urinary microalbumin/creatinine ratio(ACR) and pregnancy outcome in the patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. Methods From August 2015 to July 2017, 86 cases of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy in Huadu District Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Guangzhou City were selected as the observation subjects, all their random urinary microalbumin, creatinine were detected, urinary ACR was then calculated. According to the level of ACR, 45 patients with ACR≤30mg/mmol were divided into the group A, 41 cases with ACR〉30mg/mmol in the group B, the normal condition and adverse pregnancy outcome of two groups were compared. Results There were no significant difference in age and delivery between the two groups(P 〉0.05). The blood pressure in the group B was significantly higher than that in the group A(P 〈0.05). The termination time of pregnancy in the group B was earlier than that in the group A(P 〈0.05). The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the group B was significantly higher than that in group A(P 〈0.05). Conclusion There is a certain relationship between random ACR and adverse pregnancy outcome in the patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. It is helpful to evaluate and judge the patient's condition quickly and conveniently.
