剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术中应用卡前列素氨丁三醇和缩宫素的价值比较

Comparison of the value of using carbaprost tromethamine and oxytocin during cesarean section and simultaneous myomectomy

目的探讨在剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术中应用卡前列素氨丁三醇以及缩宫素,对比两者的不同价值。方法选取我院2013年7月~2017年8月收治的84例剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术的患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法平均分成实验组与参照组,每组各42例。其中参照组采用缩宫素治疗,实验组采用卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗。观察比较两组患者手术中相关的临床指标、术后肠胃蠕动恢复情况和肛门排气恢复时间以及用药后的不良反应情况。结果实验组患者的手术中出血量、产后恶露天数、手术时间以及血红蛋白数值的下降情况均显著低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。实验组术后肠胃蠕动恢复时间以及肛门排气恢复时间均显著短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。参照组的不良反应发生率为14.29%;实验组的不良反应发生率为9.52%,两组患者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术中应用卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗,与缩宫素治疗相比较,前者的止血效果更佳,手术中降低的出血量更多,更利于患者的身体恢复。

Objective To explore the application of carbaprost tromethamine and oxytocin in cesarean section with simultaneous myomectomy, and to compare their different values. Methods Eighty-four patients underwent cesarean section with simultaneous myomectomy from July 2013 to August 2017 in our hospital were selected as study subjects, and were randomly divided into experimental group and reference group according to random number table method, with 42 cases in each group. Which reference group was given oxytocin treatment, experimental group with carboprost tromethamine treatment. The clinical indicators during surgery, postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal motility and anal exhaust time and adverse reactions of the two groups after treatment were observed and compared. Results The amount of bleeding during operation, days of postpartum lochia, operation time and the decrease of hemoglobin value in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the reference group（all P 〈0.05）. The recovery time of gastrointestinal motility and recovery time of anus exhaust in experimental group were significantly shorter than those in reference group（P 〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the reference group was 14.29%,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 9.52%, there was no significant difference between the two groups（P 〉0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of cesarean section and simultaneous myomectomy with carbaprost tromethamine and oxytocin, compared with the oxytocin treatment, the former has better hemostatic effect, reduce the amount of bleeding more, and more conducive to the recovery of the patient＇s body.
