2006年1月～2016年12月天河区流行性感冒的流行性特征分析及其预防策略

Analysis on epidemiological characteristics and its prevention strategies of influenza in Tianhe District from January 2006 to December 2016

目的通过分析2006年1月~2016年12月天河区的流行性感冒的流行性特征,为流感防控工作提供参考依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法对天河区2006年1月~2016年12月流行性感冒发病情况进行分析。结果 2006年1月~2016年12月天河区流行性感冒总发生了9757例,2014年发病例数最多,有2403例;2007年发病例数最少,有72例;发病例数整体呈上升趋势。主要集中在3~6月,占总数的81.84%;以0~4岁年龄组发病例数最多,占发病总数的37.00%,流行性感冒暴发疫情32起,罹患率为3.28%,主要以A亚型(H3N2)病毒类型为主。结论了解流行性感冒在天河区的流行特征,加强对高危人群的监测,利于控制流行性感冒疫情的暴发。

Objective To discuss the epidemiological characteristics and its prevention strategies of influenza in Tianhe District from January 2006 to December 2016. Methods The epidemic characteristics of influenza in Tianhe District from January 2006 to December 2016 were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological methods. Results There were 9757 cases of influenza in the Tianhe District from January 2006 to December 2016, the number of cases in 2014 was the largest with 2403 cases. There were a minimum number of cases in 2007 with 72 cases. The whole number of cases was on the rise. The main concentration was from March to June, accounting for 81.84% of the total. The number of cases in the 0-4 year old group was the most, accounting for 37.00% of the total number of cases. The influenza outbreak was 32 with a rate of 3.28% and the mainly virus type was A subtype（H3N2）. Conclusion In order to control the outbreak of influenza in Tianhe District, it is important to understand the epidemiological characteristics of influenza and strengthen the surveillance in high-risk population.
