乳源瑶汉儿童六龄齿患龋情况调查分析

Survey on the caries conditions of six-year teeth of Yao and Han children in Ruyuan Yao Autonomous County

目的分析乳源瑶汉儿童六龄齿患龋情况调查分析。方法选择2016年6月~2017年7月从我县金禧小学和柳坑中心小学随机抽取学生进行儿童六龄齿检查龋齿者504例,调查分析乳源瑶汉儿童不同年龄段六龄齿的患龋情况、龋均、龋坏、充填情况。评估乳源瑶汉儿童六龄齿患龋的影响因素分析。结果乳源瑶汉儿童504例,其中汉族学生378例,瑶族学生126例。汉族学生患龋率为53.44%,瑶族学生患龋率为69.05%,总体患龋率为57.34%。乳源瑶汉儿童六龄齿患龋情况与性别、民族、喜好甜食、口腔卫生等因素密切相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瑶汉学生患龋率有显著差异,瑶族学生患龋率高于汉族学生,患龋情况与性别、喜好甜食、口腔卫生、民族等因素密切相关。

Objective To make a survey on the caries conditions of Yao and Han children in Ruyuan Yao Autonomous County. Methods Five hundred and four children with caries from June 2016 to July 2017 who studied in Jinxi Elementary School and Liukeng Central Primary School of our county were selected. The caries condition, DMFT, caries lesions and tooth filling conditions for different age groups of Yao and Han children were investigated. The influence factors of the caries conditions were analyzed. Results For 504 children, there were 378 students of Han nationality and 126 students of Yao nationality. The incidence rate of caries for students of Han nationality and Yao nationality was 53.44% and 69.05%, respectively. The total ratio of caries was 57.34%. The caries conditions were closely correlated with their gender, nationality, like sweet food and oral hygiene（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The incidence rate of caries for students of Yao nationality is higher than that of students of Han nationality. The caries conditions are closely correlated with their gender, like sweet food, oral hygiene and nationality.
