Study on the Development Strategy of Low-carbon Economy in Henan Province under the New Normal

河南省作为中原经济区建设中的主体,在国内经济发展中占据了重要地位。在未来发展中,改革高投入、高消耗的粗放型生产经营模式,实现经济的低碳发展,是摆在河南省经济发展过程中非常紧迫而又现实的课题。本文分析了河南省低碳经济发展现状,对1985—2014年河南省环境污染、人口增长与经济发展之间的关系进行了实证研究,并提出河南省低碳经济发展的对策建议,以期为河南省相关政府部门制定未来一段时期内的低碳发展政策和措施提供一定的基础与科学根据。

Henan province, as the main body in the construction of central plains economic zone, occupies an important position in the development of domestic economy. In the future development, it is an urgent and realistic task to reform the extensive production and operation mode with high investment and high consumption and to realize the low-carbon development of economy for Henan Province during the economic development process. This paper analyzed the current development situation of low carbon economy in Henan Province, carried out an empirical research on the relationships among environmental pollution, population growth and economic development of Henan Province in 1985—2014, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the low-carbon economic development of Henan Province, hoping to provide certain basis and scientific basis for relevant government departments of Henan Province to develop low-carbon development policies and measures in the future period.
