基于共享的新型智慧城市标杆市建设创新路径与对策研究——以河南省焦作市为例

Research on the Innovative Path and Countermeasure of Constructing Benchmarking New Smart Cities Based on Sharing——A Case Study of Jiaozuo City in Henan Province

新型智慧城市标杆市的建设是提高城市综合竞争力的战略选择,然而对一些经济基础相对薄弱的地区,不能机械照搬一、二线发达城市的建设经验,必须要结合本地实际情况。本文对新型智慧城市发展现状及原因进行了描述,在深入分析焦作市新型智慧城市建设的现实基础和提升空间后,提出了以共享模式为切入点,加快建设新型智慧城市标杆市的路径与对策。

The construction of benchmarking new smart city is a strategic choice to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of a city. However, for some regions with relatively weak economic foundation, the construction experience of the first-tier and second-tier cities cannot be mechanically copied, we must combine with the local actual situation. This paper described the current situation and reasons of the development of new smart cities. After an in-depth analysis of the practical basis and promotion space of the construction of new smart city in Jiaozuo City, the author put forward the path and countermeasures of accelerating the construction of benchmarking new smart cities with the sharing mode as the starting point.
