摘要
"创新"是当前的热点词汇,作为地方普通本科院校应该如何进行创新创业人才培养已经到了影响高校发展的关键时刻。本文通过对国内外创新人才培养的研究对比发现,国外创新人才培养普及面广,注重学生基础知识培养和潜在素质的开发,核心课程完善;国内更多注重创新人才培养目标、培养体系和培养模式的研究,导致普及率不高。由此可见,国外创新人才培养的关键在于形成了稳定成熟、富有特色的课程体系。以升达企业决策专题课程为例,进行创新创业人才培养实证分析,结合升达学情和应用型本科院校的办学定位,针对创新人才培养的需要,从企业决策课程定位、内容设计、教学创新进行实证分析,从协同育人、教师团队、课程体系和实验平台4个方面针对地方本科院校的发展提出建议。
"Innovation" is a hot word at present. As for a local ordinary undergraduate college, how to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents has reached a critical moment that affects the development of colleges and universities. Through comparative study on the cultivation of innovative talents at home and abroad, this paper finds that the cultivation of innovative talents abroad has a wide range of popularity, paying attention to the cultivation of students' basic knowledge and the development of their potential quality, with complete core courses; in China, more attention has been paid to the research on the training goal, training system and training mode of innovative talents, leading to low popularizing rate. It can be seen that the key to the training of foreign innovative talents lies in the formed stable, mature and characteristic curriculum system. With Shengda enterprise decision-making project curriculum as an example, an empirical analysis of innovative and entrepreneurial talents cultivation was carried out. Combining with Shengda's learning situation and the school-running orientation of applied undergraduate colleges, according to the needs of innovative talents training, the empirical analysis was conducted from the enterprise decision-making course orientation, content design, and teaching innovation, suggestions were proposed from four aspects of cooperative education, faculty team, curriculum system and experiment platform, for the development of local undergraduate colleges and universities.
