创新这个词汇最早起源于经济学领域,现今已融入生产生活的各个方面,成了社会发展和进步不可或缺的因素。在中国共产党第十九届全国代表大会上,习近平总书记再次强调了创新的重要性。习总书记在报告中强调,国家发展进步的下一步应该是更加重视创新的重要作用,创新是引领社会发展的第一动力,也是建设现代经济体系的战略支撑。中国需要加快建设创新型国家的步伐,并重点强调人是科技创新最关键的因素。如何提升职工创新素养、提高职工创新能力、培养优秀创新型人才,是今后国内企业创新的关键攻关方向。

The term innovation, originated in the field of economics, has been integrated into all aspects of production and life now, and has become an indispensable factor for social development and progress. At the19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China（CPC）, General Secretary Xi Jinping once again stressed the importance of innovation. In his report, Xi stressed that the next step in China＇s development and progress should be pay more attention to the important role of innovation, it is the primary driving force for social development and also the strategic support for building a modern economic system. China needs to speed up the building of an innovation-oriented country, and emphasize that talents are the most critical factors in scientific and technological innovation. How to improve the innovation quality and innovation ability of the staff, and cultivate outstanding innovative talents is the tackling key direction for the future innovation of domestic enterprises.
