Research on the Countermeasures of Preventing and Resolving Financial Risk in Henan Province under New Situation

党的十九大把防范化解重大风险作为决胜全面建成小康社会三大攻坚战的首要战役,提出金融风险是当前最突出的重大风险之一。河南省作为人口大省,更要按照党中央决策部署,做好河南金融发展和稳定工作,出台完善的金融监管条例、有序降低杠杆率水平、建立金融综合监管信息平台、建立金融突发事件应急机制,做到守土有责,形成全国一盘棋的金融风险防控格局。

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China took preventing and resolving major risks as the primary one of the three critical battles to build a moderately prosperous society in all respects,and put forward that financial risk is one of the most significant risks at present. Henan Province, as a large province of population, should be deployed in accordance with the decision of the Party Central Committee, do a good job in Henan＇s financial development and stability, set up a perfect financial regulation, reduce the level of leverage in an orderly way, establish a comprehensive financial supervision information platform, and establish an emergency mechanism for financial emergencies. Henan should keep the promises and take responsibility,shaping a nationwide pattern of financial risk prevention and control.
