Research on the Social Science Libraries Conducting Cultural Services for the Public in the "Internet +" Era

在"互联网+"时代,社科图书馆面临着转型升级和创新发展。笔者认为社科图书馆应拓展思路,谋求变革,面向公众开展文化服务。社科图书馆面向公众开展文化服务是一个逐步推进的过程,是拓展服务领域、深化服务内容、提升社会影响力的重要方式。为了适应这一进程,社科图书馆要在国家政策的支持下,运用互联网思维,建立与公共图书馆和高校图书馆战略合作关系,积极参与公共文化建设,提升信息服务水平,提供有特色的公共文化产品,为公众谋福利。

In the ＂Internet ＋＂ era, social science libraries are facing transformation upgrading, and innovative development. The author thinks that the social science libraries should expand thinking, seek reform and provide cultural services to the public. Social science libraries＇ cultural service to the public is a process of gradual progress, which is an important way to expand the service field, deepen the service content and enhance the social influence. In order to adapt to this process, the social science libraries, with the support of the national policy, should use the Internet thinking to establish strategic cooperative relations with public libraries and university libraries, actively participate in the construction of public culture, improve the level of information service, provide distinctive public cultural products and seek welfare for the public.
