创新驱动背景下河南省公共图书馆阅读推广合作模式研究

Study on the Cooperation Mode of Public Library Reading Promotion in Henan Province under the Background of Innovation-Driven

在党的十九大精神的号召下,公共图书馆以"创新驱动"为指导理念提出"区域协作"新概念并开展了一系列阅读推广活动。笔者根据阅读推广的合作模式对活动实践进行归纳,并对实践路径进行宏观和微观的思考,认为河南省公共图书馆应利用"创新驱动"下提出的"区域协作"新理念给阅读推广活动带来的新机遇,联合区域内各机构形成合力,用河南省图书馆事业的可持续发展推动河南省阅读推广工作的方法创新和文化创新,助力河南省创新驱动发展。

Under the call of the spirit of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, with the concept of ＂innovation-driven＂ as guidance, the public libraries have carried out a series of reading promotion activities with the new concept of ＂regional collaboration＂. According to the cooperation mode of reading promotion, the authors summarized the activity practice, and then come up with thinking about the practical path in macro and micro view. The public libraries in Henan Province are supposed to make good use of the new opportunity for reading promotion activities that is bought by the new concept of ＂regional collaboration＂ proposed under ＂innovation-driven＂, to collaborate with any other agencies in the area to form joint force. The sustainable development of librarianship in Henan Province can promote the innovation of methods and culture in the work of reading promotion in Henan Province, and boost innovation-driven development of Henan Province.
