摘要
首次将光电化学(PEC)传感应用于[Fe(CN)6]4-检测.合成了光电转换效率较高的TGA-Cd S QDs,并将Cd S QDs/Ti O2/ITO传感电极应用于食盐中抗结剂亚铁氰化钾的检测.实验结果表明:在最优条件下,该方法的线性范围为1.0~12.0μmol/L,线性方程为y=4.858x+31.46,相关系数R2=0.998 4,检测限为0.26μmol/L(S/σ=3,σ为10次空白试验的标准偏差).PEC传感策略在检测[Fe(CN)6]4-时,实验方法简单、成本低且检测效率高.
The photoelectrochemical( PEC) sensing was firstly applied to [Fe( CN)6]4-detection. It was synthesized TGA-capped Cd S QDs with high photoelectric conversion efficiency and the Cd S QDs/TiO2/ITO sensing electrode was applied to the determination of [Fe( CN)6]4-in salt. The experimental results showed that the increase of the photocurrent was proportional to the concentration of the [Fe( CN)6]4-ranging from 1.0 ~ 12.0 μmol/L under the optimal conditions,the linear equation was y = 4.858 x+31.46 with a correlation coefficient of 0.998 4,and the limits of detection( LOD) was 0.26 μmol/L at the S/σ( σ denoted standard deviation of ten times blank experiment) ratio of 3. The proposed PEC method of detecting [Fe( CN)6]4-was easy to operate and with lower cost and higher detection efficiency.
