基于VB语言的农村土地承包经营权确权测绘项目优化程序设计

Programming Optimization of Rural Land Right to Contract for Management Affirmative Mapping Project Based on VB Language

依据《中华人民共和国农村土地承包法》等相关规范的要求,对农村土地承包经营权确权的工作内容、作业方式及成果输出等程序进行优化。设计采用Visual Basic语言,通过调用Auto CAD、Excel、Word、Access、Arcgis等应用软件,批量完成农村土地承包经营权确权测绘项目的调查、指界、信息输入、数据整理、数据分析、数据建库、成果输出等工作内容。优化后的确权程序具有容错功能,可以确保测绘数据的完整性及准确性。浙江省多个县市应用的效果表明,经过优化的程序何使土地确权项目的部分工作效率提高80%,整体项目效率提高约20%~30%。

In accordance with the “Law of the People’s Republic of China on Rural Land Contract” and relevant specifications, carried out optimization for programs of rural land right to contract for management affirmative job content, operation mode and result output. The programming using Visual Basic language, through invoking of software including AutoCAD, Excel, Word, Access and ArcGIS etc. batch done the rural land right to contract for management affirmative mapping project investigation, demarcation of cadastral par-ce l, information input, data reduction, data analysis, database building and result output etc. The optimized right affirmative program-ming has fault tolerance function, can ensure completeness and accuracy of surveying and mapping data. The effects of application in many counties and cities in the Zhejiang Province have shown that the optimized programming can make operation efficiency of part of land right affirmative projects 80% increasing, overall project efficiency about 20% ~30% increasing.
