浙江省电商消费现状与影响因素分析

摘要 本文对浙江省电商消费现状进行问卷调研,分析电商消费群的特征、主观感受、消费情况,并建立有序Logit模型,研究影响消费者电商消费金额的相关因素,通过spss软件对5组变量实证分析并得出结论。结果表明浙江省电商消费占居民可支配收入比重仍处在较低水平,提升空间较大;使用情况而言,消费者在电商平台消费次数越多,消费金额越高;对电商配送时间忍耐度越高,消费金额也会越高。最后就如何提升大众电商消费能力提出对策建议。
