汽车用水性实色白面漆外观优化的研究

摘要 在深入探究水性汽车涂料外观形成机理特别是水性实色白面漆配方特殊性的基础上,通过一种固定的研究模式:从外观机理研究,到确定外观影响因素,到配方设计改变影响因素,到物理化学性能分析确定影响因素变量,再到喷涂应用试验确认外观的优化。可靠地验证了两种外观形成的可能机理,同时为客户涂装现场的外观改进提供了配方优化的方案。 The research was based on the in-depth investigation of the appearance formation mechanism of waterborne automotive coatings,especially waterborne solid white topcoat. The research was carried out in a defined model which started from the investigation of appearance mechanism to find out the factors influencing appearance and then moved to the formula design variables. Specific physical and chemical analysis methods were utilized to confirm the change of appearance factors. And on the other hand the application experiments were carried out to verify the appearance optimization in lab. In this way,the research confirmed two kinds of basic appearance formation mechanisms and provided an improved formula for appearance optimization at the painting site.
