一次漆膜鼓泡缺陷的分析及解决

摘要 针对一次漆膜鼓泡缺陷进行分析,发现汗液污染是导致该缺陷的关键因素。采用异丙醇清洁和优化深灰中涂配方以提高交联反应效率这2个措施成功解决了漆膜鼓泡问题。 A paint bubbles defect was analyzed in this paper. It was found that the defect was caused by sweat contamination. The problem of paint film bubbles was solved successfully by two measures,one was cleaning with isopropyl alcohol,the other was increasing the cross-linking rection rate by optimizing formula of the dark grey primer.
