蒙药中金属元素研究进展

RESEARCH PROGRESS OF METALLIC ELEMENTS IN MONGOLIAN MEDICINE

目的:综述目前蒙药中金属元素测定方法及研究进展。方法:通过查阅最新相关文献,并对文献进行对比研究,总结蒙药中金属元素的研究现状。结果:电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法、原子吸收光谱法、原子荧光光谱法是有效的检测蒙药中重金属含量的技术手段;蒙药中多具有较高含量的营养元素,实际工作中,采用合理的工艺方法,可较大程度的富集有益的金属元素,并对重金属含量进行科学地严格地控制,确保临床用药要求。结论:对金属元素存在形态的研究和蒙药炮制前后金属元素含量比较研究有助于药效、作用机制研究的完善和新药的研发。

Objective ： To review the current metal elements in Mongolian medicine determination method and research progress.IMetllods ： By consulting the latest literature and comparative study of l i t-erature, summarizes the research status of metal elements in Mongolian medicine.^ Results：The induc-tively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry, atomic absorption spectrometry, atomicfluorescence spectrometry is a method to determine the contents of heavy metals fective in nutritional elements; with higher content of Mongolian medicine in the practical work, the rea-sonable process method,enrichment of useful metal elements to some extent,and the heavy metal con-tent of scientifically controlled strictly ,ensure the requirement of clinical medication.（Conclusion ： Mor-phological study and the content of metal elements in Mongolian Medicine processing a comparativestudy of metal elements and new drugs to help improve the effect mechanism of the research in future.
