不同注入量的高黏度骨水泥PVP技术治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折疗效观察 被引量:6

摘要 骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures,OVCF)是老年人群较为常见的脊柱创伤,随着骨水泥填充技术的兴起,PVP技术已广泛应用于此类患者的治疗中,其创伤小,且可即刻强化伤椎,术后可早期下床活动,避免了长期卧床带来的相关并发症[1]。但传统的骨水泥渗漏率较高,文献报道在20%-45%之间[2],有导致脊髓、神经根损伤,甚至肺栓塞的可能[3]。为此,高黏度骨水泥得以应用于临床,其具有瞬间高黏度、聚合温度低、可注射时间长的物理特性,显著改善了骨水泥的聚合热反应,并降低了渗漏的发生率[4]。
