两种不同颈前路减压植骨融合内固定术治疗颈椎病的疗效比较 被引量:6

摘要 颈椎综合征(cervical spodylosis)是一种中老年人常见的骨科疾病,主要表现位椎节不稳定,髓核突出形成骨刺,患者可出现颈背疼痛、手指发麻、头晕,恶心,吞咽困难等症状[1]。随着病情的发展,患者临床症状越发严重,尽早进行手术,可以明显改善患者脊髓压迫,恢复颈椎功能。颈前路减压植骨融合内固定术是治疗颈椎病主要术式,可以增加颈椎的稳定性,加速椎间植骨的融合,但是由于钛板材料物理特性可引起相关并发症的发生[2,3]。近年来颈前路减压零切迹椎间植骨融合固定术逐渐引用于颈椎病的临床治疗[4],但是其治疗效果存在差异性。本文主要通过比较颈前路减压零切迹椎间植骨融合固定术与颈前路减压钛板联合Cage融合固定术治疗颈椎病的临床效果,为临床术式选择提供参考与依据。
