The Development Mode and Path of Local Characteristic Digital Archives Resources from the Perspective of Social Memory

地方特色数字档案资源集中反映了地方的政治、经济、科技、文化、外事、民族、宗教等各个方面的情况,承载着深厚的地方文化底蕴,是传承社会记忆的重要载体之一。论文通过考察国内地方特色数字档案资源的现状及西方具有代表性的特色数字档案资源案例,从数字档案资源的开发思维、开发主体、开发信息及开发方式4个方面系统剖析社会记忆视域下地方特色数字档案资源开发模式的转变,从多主体合作构建地方特色数字档案资源库、商业化开发实现地方特色数字档案的经济与社会双重效益和数字人文技术促进地方数字档案资源公共服务3个维度探究社会记忆视域下地方特色数字档案资源的开发路径,为构建完整的社会记忆提供借鉴。

The local characteristic digital archives resources reflect the local politics, economy,science and technology, culture, foreign affairs, ethnicity, religion, etc., and carry the profound local cultural heritage. It is one of the important carriers to bear and inherite social memory. This paper examines the current situation of domestic digital archives resources with local characteristics and the case of representative digital archives resources in the West. It systematically analyzes the transformation of the development mode of local characteristic digital archives resources in the perspectives of social memory from four perspectives： the development idea, the main developer, the development information and the development methods of digital archives resources. This paper explores the development path of local digital archives resources from the perspective of social memory from three dimensions： multi-agent cooperation to build a database of local digital archives,commercial development to achieve local digital archives economic and social double benefits and digital humanities technology promote local digital archives resources public services. And it provides reference for the construction of a complete collective memory and social memory.
