From Social Inclusion to Social Integration :The Construction of Western Community Archives

论文运用文献分析法,认为社会融合是一个过程和目标导向的复合概念,可以划分为基于文化适应的社会融合和基于结构融合的社会融入两个阶段。而从社会融合向社会融入发展的过程正是西方社群档案的建设之路。在这一过程中,档案工作者的职能有可能发生扩张,档案工作者可以成为社群档案教育家和政策分析师。

Using the method of literature analysis, through the disassembly of the concept of social inclusion, this paper thinks that social inclusion is a process and goal-oriented concept and it can be divided into two stages： social inclusion based on cultural adaptation and social tntegration based on structural integration.This paper argues that the process from social inclusion to social integration is also the way of building the western community archives. During this process, the functions of archivists are likely to expand, archivists can become community archival educators and policy analysts.
