高校档案档号编制改革刍议——基于新版《归档文件整理规则》的启示

Discussion on the Reform of Archival Code Making in College Archives——The Revelation in the New Edition of the Arrangement Rule of Archival Documents

《归档文件整理规则》(DA/T22—2015)首次提出归档文件档号编制内容,其基本立意是通过规范化的档号编制促进全国范围内的档案信息集成与资源的在线共享,这为《高等学校档案实体分类法》的档号编制改革提供了参考蓝本。论文通过对二者的比较分析,明确了新形势下高校档案档号编制的原则要求,在对整理规则和实体分类进行技术处理的基础上,提出了一套适用于高校档案的档号格式。

The Arrangement Rule of Archival Documents（DA/T22-2015）first puts forward the content of archival codes, in order to promote both the integration of archives information and the online sharing of resources by standardized archival codes all over our country, which provides a reference to the reform of archival code making in the entity classification of college archives.Through the comparison and analysis of the both sides, the article clarifies the requirements for the entity classification of college archives in the new situation, and puts forward a format of archival code for college archives on the basis of the technical treatment of the sorting rules and the entity classification.
