摘要
滇东某铅锌硫化矿主金属为铅、锌和硫,含量分别为3.56%,12.41%和30.01%,伴生有价金属为银,含量为28.3 g/t。根据该矿石的性质特点,制定了与之相适应的试验方案;通过铅硫部分混合浮选—再选锌的工艺流程,最终得到铅品位为60.16%、铅回收率为82.76%、含银222.30 g/t,银回收率为37.96%的铅精矿,以及锌品位为52.57%、锌回收率为91.96%、含银品位62.80 g/t、银回收率48.27%的锌精矿。
The main valuable metals of the lead-zinc sulfide ore in eastern Yunnan are lead,zinc and sulfur,the contents of which are 3. 56%,12. 41% and 30. 01% respectively,the content of associated silver being 28. 3 g/t.This paper presents the corresponding test program according to characteristic of the raw ore,obtaining a lead concentrate grading at 60. 16% with a 82. 76% recovery,and containing silver 222. 3 g/t,silver recovery being 37. 96%,and a zinc concentrate grading at 52. 57% with a 91. 96% recovery,and containing silver 62. 8 g/t,silver recovery being 48. 27%.
