弧度埋线法在面部线雕的布线设计及临床效果

Design and Clinical Effect of Curve Thread Embedded in Facial Rejuvenation

目的探讨弧度埋线法在面部线雕中的布线设计及其临床效果。方法以本项目组2016年6月至2018年6月采用面部弧度埋线法临床案例为观察对象,其中采用双向倒刺线42例、单向倒刺线33例、免打结倒U线25例,按照求美者面部松弛、下垂情况及轮廓曲线,采取相应弧度埋线布线设计和埋线操作;观察术后即刻面部提升效果及客户满意度。结果本组采用双向倒刺线弧度埋线法术求美者满意率为97.0%;采用单向倒刺线(打结线)弧度埋线法者术后满意率为95.0%;采用倒U线弧度埋线法者术后满意率94.0%。均未出现明显不良反应。结论面部线雕弧度埋线法具有临床效果好、面部提升满意度高等优势,其布线设计符合力学原理和面部生理曲度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the design and clinical effect of curve thread embedded in facial rejuvenation. Methods From June 2016 to June 2018, cases with curve thread embedded in facial rejuvenation were observed. Bidirectional barbed threads(n=42), one direction barbed threads(n=33) and knot free inverted U threads(n=25)were selected respectively. According to the facial relaxation, sagging and contour curve of the person seeking beauty, design and undergo curve thread embedded operation. Immediate postoperative facial enhancement and cases satisfaction were observed. Results In the case groups, the satisfaction rate with curve thread embedded operation by bidirectional barbed threads was 97.0%, that by one direction barbed threads was 95.0%, and that by knot free inverted U threads was 94.0%. There were no significant side effects happened after the operation. Conclusions There were some advantages such as good clinical effect and high facial enhancement satisfaction with curve thread embedded. The designs were consistent with the mechanics principle and facial physiological curvature. It suggested that curve thread embedded would be clinical application and popularization.
