自体肋软骨结合膨体聚四氟乙烯应用于鼻部美容术的效果分析

Effects of autogenous rib cartilage combined with expanded polytetrafluoroethylene on nasal cosmetic surgery

目的研究自体肋软骨结合膨体聚四氟乙烯(ePTFE)应用于鼻部美容术的效果分析。方法选择2016年2月到2017年2月到我院进行鼻部美容术者100例,随机数表法分为对照组、观察组,各50例。对照组采用ePTFE作为假体材料进行鼻部美容术,观察组采用自体软肋骨结合ePTFE作为假体材料进行鼻部美容术,术后随访6个月。记录6个月后患者对鼻部美容效果满意度,记录两组患者随访期间并发症发生情况。结果与对照组(80.00%)比较,观察组(94.00%)满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组(24.00%)比较,观察组(6.00%)并发症发生情况少于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用自体软肋骨结合e PTFE作为假体材料进行鼻部美容术,患者更满意。

Objective To study the effects of autogenous rib cartilage combined with expanded polytetrafluoroethylene（ePTFE） on nasal cosmetic surgery. Methods 100 cases of patients who underwent nasal cosmetic surgery in our hospital fromFebruary 2016 to February 2017 were selected and divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each groupaccording to the random number table method. Control group was given nasal cosmetic surgery by taking ePTFE as the prostheticmaterial, and observation group was given nasal cosmetic surgery by taking autogenous rib cartilage combined with ePTFE as theprosthetic material, and they were followed up for 6 months after operation. The patients’ satisfaction with nasal cosmetic results wasrecorded after 6 months, and the occurrence of complications during follow-up was recorded. Results Compared with control group（80.00%）, the satisfaction was higher in observation group （94.00%） （P 〈0.05）. Compared with control group （24.00%）, the occurrenceof complications was less in observation group （6.00%） （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Autogenous rib cartilage combined with ePTFE asprosthetic material for nasal cosmetic surgery is more satisfactory to patients.
