老年性上睑皮肤松弛矫正术后早期眼球屈光状态的变化

The early changes of ocular refraction after correction of senile upper eyelid skin laxity

目的探讨老年性上睑皮肤松弛对眼球屈光状态的影响以及上睑皮肤松弛矫正术后早期患者眼球屈光状态的变化规律。方法收集老年性上睑皮肤松弛患者62例(124眼),其中40例(80眼)接受手术治疗为治疗组,22例(44眼)暂未接受手术为对照组,治疗组于术前及术后3个月检查,对照组初查及三个月后复查,均进行最佳矫正视力,屈光度数,角膜曲率和中央角膜厚度的测量。结果治疗组组内比较,治疗组上睑皮肤松弛矫正术后,患眼散光量平均下降0.17D,与术前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);矫正视力、球镜度数、角膜曲率和角膜厚度手术前后比较差异无统计学意义。对照组组内比较,各指标之间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。组间比较,两组术后(复查)散光度数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),余差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论老年性上睑皮肤松弛可引起眼球散光变化,上睑皮肤松弛矫正术后早期眼球散光度数降低,散光性质无明显变化。

Objective To investigate the effect of senile upper eyelid skin laxity on the refractive state of eyes and the earlychanges of ocular refraction after correction of upper eyelid skin laxity. Methods 62 senile upper eyelid skin laxity patients weredivided into two groups,40 cases （80 eyes） received operation as the treatment group,22 cases （44 eyes） didn’t accepted operationas the control group. The treatment group was examined preoperatively and 3 months postoperatively, The control group was examinedfor the first time and three months later. The best corrected visual acuity,refractive errors,corneal curvature and central cornealthickness were analyzed. Results In the treatment group, astigmatism was decreased after surgery,the mean change was 0.17D（P〈 0.05）. There were no significant differences in corrected visual acuity, spherical degree, corneal curvature and corneal thicknessbefore and after operation（P 〉 0.05）.There were no statistical differences in the control group（P 〉 0.05）.There was significantdifference in astigmatism postoperatively （review） between the two groups（P 〈 0.05）, but no statistical differences in others（P 〈 0.05） Conclusion Senile upper eyelid skin laxity may cause the change of astigmatism. Astigmatism was decreased early after surgicalcorrection,but the astigmatic axis has no significant change.
