眶肌筋膜提紧联合轮匝肌悬吊眼袋的整形效果观察

To observe the plastic effect of orbital muscle fascia tightening combined with orbicularis muscle suspension pouch

目的探讨眶肌筋膜提紧联合轮匝肌悬吊眼袋的整形效果。方法:选取需接受眼袋整形的患者100例,按照随机数字表法,分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50)。对照组行轮匝肌悬吊眼袋整形治疗,观察组行眶肌筋膜提紧联合轮匝肌悬吊眼袋整形治疗,通过对两组患者开展6~12个月时间随访,比较两组整形满意度。结果:经过相应方法治疗后,对照组整形满意度为84.00%,观察组整形满意度为96.00%,观察组整形满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:眶肌筋膜提紧联合轮匝肌悬吊眼袋不但可使患者眼袋松弛组织得到最大程度的切除,同时可使患者下睑轮廓保持更为紧致流畅,从而获取较高的整形满意度。

Objective To investigate the plastic effect of orbital muscle fascia tightening combined with orbicularis musclesuspension pouch. Methods 100 patients who needed pouch plastic surgery were randomly divided into the： control group （n=50） andthe observation group （n=50）. The control group was treated with orbicularis suspension pouch, the observation group was treated withorbital muscle fascia tightening and orbicularis muscle suspension pouch. The two groups were followed-up for 6~12 months,comparedthe reshaping satisfaction of the two groups. Results After the corresponding treatment, the satisfaction degree of plastic surgery in thecontrol group was 84.00%, that in the observation group was 96.00%, the satisfaction degree of plastic surgery in the observation groupwas significantly higher than the control group,the difference is statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Orbital muscle fasciatightening combined with orbicularis muscle suspension can not only maximize the pouch relaxation tissue of the patients at utmost, butalso make the lower eyelid contour more tight and smooth, thus get a higher degree of satisfaction in plastic surgery.
