羊膜联合角膜缘干细胞移植治疗眼表疾病的临床效果观察

Clinical observation of amniotic membrane combined with limbal stem cell transplantation in the treatment of ocular surface diseases

目的研究羊膜联合角膜缘干细胞移植在治疗眼表疾病的临床效果观察。方法选取2016年10月~2017年我院收治的眼表疾病患者82例,按照随机分配原则将其分为对照组与观察组,每组41例。对照组采用自体角膜缘上皮移植术,观察组采用羊膜联合角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗,对比2组角膜上皮修复时间、视力提高率、移植成活率以及术后复发情况。结果两组手术移植成功率无差异均为100%,观察组视力提高率、角膜修复时间均显著优于对照组且术后1年内观察组复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论将羊膜联合角膜缘干细胞移植术应用到眼表疾病的治疗中能有效促进角膜屏障功能的恢复,改善患者视力,疗效确切且复发率低,值得推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of amniotic membrane combined with limbal stem cell transplantation in thetreatment of ocular surface diseases. Methods 82 patients with ocular surface diseases admitted to our hospital from October 2016to 2017 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of random distribution, with41 patients in each group. Control group using autologous limbal epithelial transplantation, observation group treated by amnioticmembrane transplantation with corneal limbus stem cell transplantation, compared two groups corneal epithelium repair time, eyesightimprove the postoperative recurrence rate, survival rate of transplant and situation. Results The success rate of surgery transplantationdifferences between the two groups were 100%, the increase rate of vision, corneal repair time observation group were significantlybetter than control group and observation group 1 years postoperative recurrence rate was significantly lower than control group （P 〈0.05）, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The applications of amniotic membrane transplantation with corneallimbus stem cell transplantation to the treatment of ocular surface disease can effectively promote the recovery of corneal barrierfunction, improve eyesight, curative effect and low recurrence rate, worthy of promotion.
