摘要 近年来,新旧动能在政府报告中出现的频次越来越高,凸显出在新的经济背景下,新旧动能的发展及接续转换对推动产业结构转型升级发挥着日益重要的作用。云南省作为"一带一路"建设的战略支点,产业结构滞后对发展的桎梏作用日益明显,有必要借助新旧动能发展和转换契机实现跨越式发展。本文通过构建云南省新动能综合指标体系,运用熵权法对33个工业细分行业进行评估。结果表明:云南省工业发展所体现的新旧动能在产业层面的表现,与新旧动能的发展与转换要求基本相符。重点推进和诱导高技术产业发展、差异化实施传统产业改造升级是实现云南省新旧动能发展和接续转换的现实路径。 In recent years, the old and new kinetic energy appears more and more frequently in the government report, which highlights that under the background of the new economy, the development and successive transformation of the new and old kinetic energy play an increasingly important role in promoting the transformation and upgrading the industrial structure. As the strategic fulcrum of Road and Belt construction, the backward development of industrial structure restricts economic development in Yunnan Province. It’s essential to realize a great-leap-forward development by virtue of the development and transformation of old and new kinetic energy. This essay, through the establishment of the new comprehensive kinetic energy index system in Yunnan Province, uses the entropy method to evaluate 33 industries. It draws a conclusion that the performance of old and new kinetic energy in Yunnan Province at industrial level generally conforms to the development and transformation of old and new kinetic energy. Therefore, it is time to promote the development of high-tech industries and implement transformation and upgrading of traditional industries in different ways, so as to realize the development and successive transformation of old and new kinetic energy.
