河北省区域经济差异时空演变特征

Regional Economic Disparities and Spatio-temporal Evolution in Hebei Province

在京津冀协同发展背景下,运用极差、极差率、标准差、泰尔指数、相对发展率等指标定量分析2006—2016年河北省区域经济差异时空演变特征。结果显示:经济相对发达地市主要集中在河北省东部和中部的秦唐沧核心经济区和石保廊核心经济区,落后地市呈"S"型分布于河北省北部和南部的张承经济区和衡邢邯经济区;在时间尺度上,河北省区域经济绝对差异不断扩大、相对差异呈现出先扩大后缩小的趋势;在空间尺度上,四大经济区之间的差异是河北省区域经济差异的主要来源,秦唐沧核心经济区和石保廊核心经济区内部地市之间发展差异对区域经济差异也具有较大贡献率。最后,提出了缩小河北省区域经济差异、促进京津冀协同发展的对策建议。

Under the coordinative development background of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, using the methods of absolute difference method, relative difference method, Theil index and relative growth rate, this research analyzes the characteristics of space-and-time evolutionary of Economic Disparity in Hebei Province from 2006 to 2016.The results show that： （1） In general, the economically developed cities are mainly located in the core areas of Qinhuangdao-Tangshan-Cangzhou and Shijiazhuang-Baoding-Langfang in the Estern and Central Hebei Province, economiclly backward cities are mainly located in Zhangjiakou-Chengde Economic Zone and Hengshui-Xingtai-Handan Economic Zone, which altogether are “S” type located in Hebei Province; （2） On the time scale, the absolute difference of economy in Hebei Province expanded continuously, and the relative difference showed the trend of first expanded and then narrowed; （3） On the spatial scale, differences among the 4 economic zones are the main sources of economic disparity in Hebei Province. Differences in development about the inner-city areas of Qinhuangdao-Tangshan-Cangzhou and Shijiazhuang-Baoding-Langfang core economic zones also have a greater contribution to the regional economic disparity. Finally, it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to narrow the economic disparity in Hebei Province and promote the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area.
