改革开放40年来,国家经济日益强盛,我国民众在物质生活充裕的情况下,在对物质的需求不断被满足的同时,不可避免地会产生不同层次的精神文化需求,人们迫切需要精神文化上的寄托,需要来自于内心的力量。精神文化的需求关系到人民群众的精气神、获得感和幸福感,关系民心凝聚,人心向背。实现中华民族的伟大复兴,已经由一个创造物质的时代转向了满足精神需求的时代。

In the 40 years since the reform and opening up, the national economy has become more and more prosperous. Under the circumstance of ample material life, the people of our country are inevitably demanding spiritual and cultural needs. People urgently need spiritual and cultural support. What’s more, the needs of spiritual culture are related to the spirit of the people, their sense of attainment, and their sense of well-being. Besides, they are also related to the cohesion of people＇s hearts and minds. The realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation has shifted from an era of material creation to an era of spiritual needs.
