摘要
生成性教学资源的开发与运用是法学本科课堂教学改革的重要环节。筹备基础性资源时,现代教育技术资源需要得到切实保障,案例资源需要得到选择性优化;创设情境性教学资源时,需要营造民主、开放的课堂氛围,需要法律职业人士同台指导教学,需要模拟案例情景增加学生的学习体验;开发互动性教学资源时,需要坚持生生互动和师生互动两种基本方式,注重教学方法的灵活掌握和综合运用;处置偶发性教学资源时,需要教师正确地辨别与筛选,需要其具有高超的教学机智和教学策略。
Abstract: The development and application of generative teaching resources is an important link in the reform of law undergraduate classroom teaching. To prepare basic resources, modern educational technology resources need to be effectively guaranteed, and the case resources need to be selectively optimized. To create situational teaching resources, it is necessary to create a democratic and open classroom atmosphere. The legal professionals to guide the teaching of the same platform and simulating the case scene to increase the students’ learning experience are also required. In order to develop interactive teaching resources, it is necessary to adhere to two basic modes of student-student interaction and teacher-student interaction and pay attention to the flexibility of the teaching method and the general application. To deal with accidental teaching resources, it is necessary for teachers to distinguish and screen them correctly with excellent teaching tact and teaching strategies.
