摘要
采用大学英语教师效能量表,从教师信念、知识结构、教学行为和教学效果四个维度对华北水利水电大学大学英语教师进行问卷调查,发现其整体教学效能感居于中等水平,教师信念方面的效能感相对较高,知识结构方面的效能感相对较低。通过对问卷的进一步分析,寻找在四个维度上提升大学英语教师教学效能感的途径。
Based on the questionnaire of College English teachers’ efficacy, this empirical study investigates the overall level of College English teachers’ teaching efficacy in North China University of Water Conservancy and Electric Power from four dimensions: Teachers’ beliefs, knowledge structure, teaching behavior and teaching effectiveness. The results show that college English teachers’ overall teaching efficacy is at a moderate level, and their efficacy in teachers’ beliefs is the highest and their efficacy in knowledge structure is the lowest. Through further analysis of the questionnaire, this article provides some ways to improve the teaching efficacy of College English teachers on the four dimensions.
