摘要
文章探讨了哪些因素对工科专业中非传统学生的学业成功起决定性作用。首先,在对学业成功的预测做了概述并总结了德国对非传统学生学业成功的研究现状后,介绍了作者的调查研究。其次,在比较组设计中,研究的是选定专业的大学学习成绩、高校入学资格成绩和本科毕业预考成绩。为了研究非传统学生的学业成功情况,建立了一个多变量预测模型。最后,讨论了研究结果,并提出了未解决的研究问题。
This paper discusses which factors will determine academic success of non-traditional students in engineering study courses. After an introduction to study success prognosis and a summary of current findings for these students’ academic success in Germany, a research is then introduced. By using a comparing group design research, study performance for selected modules is examined, as well as grades of university entrance qualification and bachelor study success. A multivariate prognosis model for their academic success is developed. As a conclusion,the study results are discussed and further research questions are pointed out.
