President Xi Jinping＇s thought on law-based governance is the fusion and integration of his rich thoughts on law and is a theoretical achievement expedited by China＇s legal construction practice. Derived from the socialism with Chinese characteristics,Xi＇s thought deals with the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics and takes the legal construction with Chinese characteristics as the core.
