四段式教学模式在针灸学教学中的探索

Exploration on Four-stage Teaching Mode in the Teaching of Acupuncture and Moxibustion

本文主要结合当代教学现状与针灸学教学特点,解决如何讲好它,如何让学生吸收、接纳,并培养具有高阶思维、高阶能力的学生,以适应市场需求和具有中医思维模式等问题进行研究和思考。通过吸取教育教学改革创新的研究成果,建立了一套突出传统针灸学理论教学方法的四段式教学模式,即预习质疑、精讲多练、拓展生成、复习巩固。它能更加明确教学的目的,突出人文医学教育理念,使针灸治疗内容教学能反映针灸治疗的科学特性,符合中医教育成才的发展规律。将四段式教学模式引入到针灸学教学中后,使得抽象难记的经络腧穴,手法难显的刺灸补泻轻车驾熟,复杂深奥的治病诠释尽然。

In this paper, combining with the characteristics of contemporary teaching present situation and the acupuncture teaching,how to speak it, how to let the students to absorb, acceptance, and cultivate high-level thinking and the ability to advanced students were solved, so as to adapt to market demand and mode of thinking of traditional Chinese medicine research and thinking. Through the education teaching reform and innovation in the absorption of research results, a prominent theory of traditional acupuncture teaching method of four sections of teaching mode was set up, namely the preview question earnestly, the more practice, expand to generate, review to consolidate. It can be clearer about the teaching purpose, outstanding medical humanities education idea makes acupuncture teaching content can reflect the acupuncture science characteristic, conforms to the law of development of Chinese medicine education to become a useful person. The four sections of teaching mode in the teaching of the acupuncture was introduced,which makes abstract difficult-to-remember meridians, technique to show the thorn moxibustion fill diarrhea light horse ripe, complex esoteric interpretation necessarily cure.
