心内科研究生师承教育方法的思考

Reflections on the Master-apprentice Education for Postgraduates in Cardiology

临床实习对于研究生教育来说,是至关重要的环节,起到承前启后的作用,而带教老师也扮演着不可或缺的角色。师承作为带教方式的一种,是独具特色的中医人才培养模式,贯穿于研究生整个学习期间。尤其对于中医内科研究生来说,师承无疑对学习名老中医临床思维、学术经验至关重要。要发挥师承在研究生生涯中的作用,更快更好地成长为一名心内科中医临床大夫,笔者认为以下几点尤为重要。

Clinical internship is a crucial link for postgraduate education. It plays a role as a link between the past and the future.The teacher is also playing an indispensable role. As a kind of teaching method, Master-apprentice education is a unique Chinese medicine talent training model that runs through graduate students for three years. Especially for graduate students of TCM internal medicine, master-apprentice education is undoubtedly of great importance for learning the clinical thinking and academic experience of old and famous Chinese medicine practitioners. To develop the role of teachers in the career of graduate students, and to grow into a doctor of traditional Chinese medicine for internal medicine, we believe that the following points are particularly important.
