中药师干预对中药临床合理应用的影响

The Influence of Chinese Pharmacist Intervention on the Reasonable Clinical Application of Chinese Medicine

目的分析探讨中药师干预对中药临床合理应用的影响。方法选取2016年5月—2017年10月收治的80例行中药治疗的住院患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,各40例;对照组患者施以临床常规治疗,而研究组患者在临床常规治疗的基础上施以中药师干预,然后观察并比较2组患者不良反应的发生情况。结果研究组患者治疗后不良反应发生率为5.0%(2/40),比对照组患者的20.0%(8/40)明显偏低,组间差异明显,P<0.05。结论中药师干预对于中药的临床合理应用具有积极的意义和价值,能够有效减少不良反应的发生,改善临床治疗效果,因而在临床上具有广阔的应用价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of Chinese medic ine pharmacists intervention on the rational clinical application of Chinese medicine. Methods 80 patients admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to October 2017 were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. In the control group, patients were treated with clinical routine therapy. While in the study group, patients were treated with Chinese pharmacists. Results The incidence of adverse reactions after treatment was5.0 %, which was significantly lower than 20.0 % in control group, and the difference between groups was obvious P〈0.05, which was statistically significant. Conclusion The intervention of Chinese pharmacists has positive significance and value to the clinical application of Chinese medicine, which can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions and improve the clinical therapeutic effect, so it has wide clinical application value.
