摘要
通过分析桂枝汤加重镇安神药组方的君、臣、佐、使的处方结构及复方药的相关药理,从而确定桂枝汤加重镇安神药组方治疗人工荨麻疹的中医机理及相关药理。调营卫、和阴阳,重镇安神是桂枝汤加重镇安神药主要作用,与之相关的药理即是镇静催眠,抗焦虑。
By analyzing the prescriptio n structure of Guizhi decoction and the related pharmacology of compound medicine, the mechanism and related pharmacology of Guizhi decoction and Zhongzhen Anshen prescription for artificial urticaria were determined.The main function of Guizhi decoction and Zhongzhen Anshen prescription is adjusting ying-wei, regulating yin-yang. And the pharmacology associated with it is sedation, hypnosis, and anti-anxiety.
