大陵穴对大鼠踝部损伤成纤维细胞修复的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究针刺大陵穴对大鼠踝部软组织损伤成纤维细胞修复的影响。方法造模成功后将大鼠随机分为空白对照组、常规针刺组及平衡针刺组,每组31只。分别给予不治疗,常规针刺及平衡针刺等方法干预。每天1次,连续治疗21 d后进行组织学检查及成纤维细胞检测。结果治疗前后各组组织学评分比较,平衡针刺组有显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗后各组比较,平衡针刺组与常规针刺组及空白对照组比较都有显著性差异(P<0.01),常规针刺组与空白对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。平衡针刺组成纤维细胞形态规则,呈梭形,其细胞核为卵圆形,位于细胞中央,数量最多。成纤维细胞表达为阳性。治疗结束后3组成纤维细胞增殖速度达到峰值,平衡针刺组的增殖速度明显高于其他2组。结论平衡针刺能较好地调节成纤维细胞的表达,增加其数量,能更好地修复损失组织,达到较好的治疗效果。 Objective To study the effect of acupuncture at Daling(P7) on the repair of fibroblasts of ankle soft tissue injury in rats.Methods Rats were randomly divided into blank control group, regular acupuncture group and balanced acupuncture group, with 31 rats in each group. No intervention, regular acupuncture or balanced acupuncture was applied, one time a day for 21 days. Histological examination and fibroblast detection were carried out. Results There were significant differences in the balance acupuncture group before and after the treatment( P〈 0.01). After the treatment, the balance acupuncture group had a very significant difference compared with the conventional acupuncture group and the blank control group(P 〈0.01). There was no significant difference between the conventional acupuncture group and the blank control group( P 〉0.05), and the balanced acupuncture group was balanced. The fibroblast morphology was regular and spindle shaped, and its nucleus was ovoid in the center of cell. The proliferation rate of the three groups reached the peak after the positive expression of fibroblasts. The proliferation rate of the balanced acupuncture group was significantly higher than that of the other two groups. Conclusion Balanced acupuncture can better regulate the expression and increase the number of fibroblasts, which can better repair the loss tissue and achieve better therapeutic effect.
