血府逐瘀汤治疗稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效评价及安全性分析

The Evaluation on the Clinical Effect and Analysis on the Safety of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the Treatment of Stable Angina Pectoris

目的探讨血府逐瘀汤治疗稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效及其用药安全性。方法选取2017年1月—2018年1月我院收治稳定型心绞痛患者72例,依据随机数字表法随机分为对照组和治疗组,各36例,对照组给予常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上应用血府逐瘀汤治疗,2组患者进行为期4周的治疗。比较2组患者临床疗效,中医证候积分变化情况,统计患者不良反应,并分析其安全性。结果治疗后,治疗组临床总有效率为88.89%,对照组临床总有效率为75.00%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);对比2组患者治疗前后中医证候积分变化,治疗组患者中医证候积分降低更为明显(P<0.05);对比2组患者发生不良反应情况,结果显示无差异(P>0.05)。结论血府逐瘀汤具有活血化瘀、行气止痛之效,可以改善患者临床症状,对于稳定型心绞痛有较好的治疗效果,安全性良好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of stable angina pectoris. Methods From January 2017 to January 2018 in our hospital, 72 cases of patients with stable angina, according to random number table method, were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment, and the treatment group was given Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on the basis of the control group. Two groups of patients were treated for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients, the change of TCM syndrome differentiation, the adverse reactions of the patients and their safety was compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.89%, the total effective rate of the control group was 75.00%, and the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）. Compaing with the change of TCM syndromes before and after treatment in the two groups, the reduction of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was more obvious and the results were significantly different（ P〈0.05）. Comparison of adverse reactions between the two groups showed no difference（ P〉0.05）.Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu decoction has the effect of invigorating blood, removing blood stasis and relieving pain. It can improve the patients＇ clinical symptoms, has good treatment effect and good security. It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
