中西医结合治疗非创伤性股骨头坏死临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Nontraumatic Osteonecrosis of the Femoral Head

目的探讨中西医结合治疗非创伤性股骨头坏死的疗效。方法选择2016年4月—2017年4月来我院进行非创伤性股骨头治疗的患者61例作为研究对象。按照随机数字方式将研究对象分成对照组(30例)与观察组(31例)。对照组患者采用西医治疗,观察组患者在对照组西医治疗的基础上进行中医治疗,最终观察2组患者的治疗满意度与住院时间。结果观察组治疗有效率93.55%(29/31)明显高于对照组患者83.33%(25/30)(P<0.05)。观察组患者住院时间明显短于对照组。在治疗满意度方面,观察组的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用中西医结合治疗非创伤性股骨头坏死疾病,其治疗效果良好,患者的住院时间缩短,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To investigate the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of nontraumatic osteonecrosis of the femoral head. Methods 61 cases of nontraumatic femoral head treated in our hospital from April2016 to April 2017 were selected as the research subjects. According to the random number method, the subjects were divided into the control group（30 cases） and the observation group（31 cases）. The patients in the control group were treated with western medicine. The patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the treatment of Western medicine in the control group. Finally, the satisfaction of the two groups of patients and the time of hospitalization were observed. Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group（29 cases, 93.55 %） was significantly higher than that of the control group（25 cases, 83.33%）, and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0.05）. The hospitalization time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group. In terms of treatment satisfaction,the satisfaction of the observation group was higher, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of nontraumatic osteonecrosis of the femoral head has good therapeutic effect and shorter hospitalization time, which is worthy of clinical reference.
